Article about CEPETRI in North-South annual report of City of Bruges

CEPETRI, the day-care centre for children with a mental disability in Lima, Peru, received financial support from the City of Bruges in 2016 and 2017. An article about the functioning and activities of CEPETRI was published in the 2016 annual report of the department for development aid of the City of Bruges.
