Leadership formation for Asian Regional Superiors in Wonosobo, Indonesia

About thirty Asian Regional Superiors gathered for a training session about leadership and charisma in Wonosobo, Indonesia from 12 till 20 October, 2015.

Bro. René Stockman, the Superior General of the Brothers of Charity and President of Fracarita International, and trainers Mr. Paul Vivez (Belgium) and Mr. Theodore Ndege (Rwanda) accompanied the thirty Regional Superiors on their search to come to an intense leadership in subservience, within the charisma of the Congregation. After the session, the participants visited several communities and services of Fracarita Indonesia. There also was a session about handling conflicts within the Community setting. The enthusiasm of the participants was fantastic!
