World Mental Health Day 2021 in India
October, 2021. Within various regions, worldwide, where Fracarita International is active from its basic mission (a.o. in the field of capacity building in terms of governance and project management, the policy in terms of income generating activities, etc.) the World Mental Health Day on October 10, 2021 was given appropriate attention.
So too in India, at the Psycho - Social Rehabilitation Center Saint Giuseppe Moscati (Tamil Nadu region), headed by Brother Wilfred Swamynathan. In which a substantively strong, varied and creative program was put together by the students of the Social Work Department of Ananda College, the Roman Catholic Institution of the Diocese of Sivagangai.

The main theme of this celebration "Mental Health in an Unequal World," which is also the global theme proposed by the World Health Organization.

In this perspective, this celebration at the Psycho - Social Rehabilitation Center Saint Giuseppe Moscati has indicated a strong willingness, a clear commitment, and a positive drive, both among the Brothers and the lay staff, to effectively pursue and advocate greater equality in the field of mental health.
