Vinh Son House

 

This day-care centre in North Vietnam for children with mental health and physical disabilities was opened due to the efforts of the annual campaign of Caraes, the Belgian NGO for development cooperation of the Brothers of Charity. The centre focuses upon providing care and support to the offspring of soldiers sprayed with the chemical weapon Agent Orange during the Vietnam War.
