Centre de Soins Mentaux de Gitega (CSMG) Saint Camille

In Gitega, 90 km East of the capital Bujumbura, the Brothers of Charity run a local antenna of the Centre Neuropsychiatrique de Kamenge, the referral hospital for mental health care in Burundi. The centre in Gitega provides ambulatory care to psychiatric patients and has the capacity to hospitalize some twenty patients.
